Hello, I am the mother of, Chrystul Kizer, who was a minor at the time of her incarceration and is currently facing charges in Kenosha, WI because she defended herself from a known sex trafficker.
Randall Phillip Volar, III had a search warrant executed on his home in February 2018, after a different minor black female from my daughter, called 911 and reported that "Randy" gave her LSD and was going to kill her. During that raid Randy was taking into custody and his home was searched. Items related to child sex trafficking and child pornography was discovered and there were many items confiscated including tor browsers,videos and photos involving the suspect (Randall Volar) and numerous underage BLACK GIRLS, participating in various sexual activities. Randall Phillip Volar III, describes himself as anescort trainer in one of the videos, with a clearly apparent underage girl.
The DA knew about his disgusting behavior, HAD PROOF OF IT AND SAT ON THE INFORMATION FOR MONTHS!!! Although he was taking into custody the day the search warrant was executed HE WAS ALLOWED TO LEAVE THE KENOSHA COUNTY JAIL WITHOUT BAIL OR A COURT DATE! NO INFORMATION OF THE ARREST WAS ENTERED INTO THE SYSTEM. I KNOW BECAUSE I LOOKED HIM UP WHEN I WAS INFORMED OF HIS ARREST . THE ONLY THING I FOUND WERE OWI'S AND A FAILURE TO REGISTER A VEHICLE FROM AND THE LAST ARREST ON RECORD STATED 2016. NOTHING FROM 2018!!!!!
The HANDS OFF CHRYSTUL KIZER DEFENSE COMMITTEE, is currently trying to raise $45,000 to secure an attorney to get her released as soon as possible so that she can begin HER healing process. This is a very traumatic experience for her and considering the fact she doesn't come from a background involved with these types of situations I know she will require that much more love and support from not only me but from her community. I never in a million years would have thought we would be in this position, but here we are. Gary Stephen Maynard, 47, of San Jose
Maynard was a part-time lecturer at Sonoma State University in its Department of Criminology and Criminal Justice during the fall of 2020, a university spokesperson told CNN in August. He taught two seminars on the topics of criminal justice and deviant behavior, according to school officials. Maynard was filling in for a faculty member who was on leave and was not reappointed for Spring 2021, the school spokesperson said.
Maynard was also an adjunct faculty member at Santa Clara University in its sociology department from September 2019 to December 2020, a spokesperson at that school confirmed to CNN.
If convicted, Maynard faces up to 20 years in prison and a $250,000 fine for each count of arson, according to the release.

Longtime U.S. Rep. Eddie Bernice Johnson, D-Dallas, announced Saturday she is not running for reelection after serving nearly three decades in Congress.
“I have gone back and forth … the whole time because of the pleading and the asking, but as of January … the year after next, I will step down,” Johnson said during an event in Dallas. "I will retire, and let me assure that I will also recommend to you whom I feel is the best to follow me."
First elected to Congress in 1992, Johnson, 85, is among its most senior members and serves as dean of the Texas delegation. She chairs the House Committee on Science, Space, and Technology.
A former state legislator, Johnson is known for breaking barriers. She was the first Black woman ever elected to public office in Dallas when she won a state House seat in 1972. She went on to become the first registered nurse to ever serve in Congress.
The decision Johnson announced Saturday is consistent with what she told constituents in 2019 — that her current term would be her last. However, since winning reelection last year, she had declined to confirm that, fueling speculation about whether she would reverse herself in recent months.
Democrats began to circle her seat as questions about her 2022 plans persisted. In May, Jane Hope Hamilton, a former top staffer for Joe Biden’s campaign in Texas, launched an exploratory committee for the seat, saying she would run if Johnson chose not to seek reelection. And last month, Abel Mulugheta, the former chief of staff to state Rep. Rafael Anchia, D-Dallas, announced an outright campaign for the seat. Jessica Mason, a Navy veteran and progressive activist, is also running for the Democratic nomination.
Johnson’s 30th District is set to remain one of the bluest congressional districts in the state after redistricting. It will also stay anchored in Dallas, spreading to the southern edge of the namesake county.
