Secret Service being removed from JFK's car right at that spot can't be explained away as some kind of coincidence. It made no sense from a security perspective and it violated protocol. With an actual justice system in place back then that alone would have resulted in a deep investigation and they wouldn't have gotten away with it.

The only other so called theory could be that everything about JFK was fake and the whole JFK assassination was fully fake and JFK wasn't killed, which I find ridiculous, but of course you never know for sure. It would be possible. But even then would that video have solved the plot in a logical and consistent way.

If someone was surprised or not can obviously not be known, because even if the person said he or she was surprised, that could be a lie, in these situations there is no truth or answer because of that. You can at best take a guess.
The video is primarily about the JFK assassination and at least the things I checked years ago were factually correct. Back then I thought during the surgery part "what???" but then I thought about it and it clicked.
For example: why was a JFK lookalike cop killed at the same time? That makes zero sense, there is no way that this happened by chance, maybe a 0.00001% chance, unless useful as a body double and that again makes sense when you have to produce fake evidence, because you don't control everyone. It sounds insane, but that's the good part about it. Similar to "no planes" ("theory") on 9/11. It first sounds absurd, so people naturally reject it and thus your conspiracy works out.
That may be the reason for covid, because people would reject that. Would have rejected that 2 years ago. "The fake news would never, that's so stupid".
