Turpentine actually does work for killing parasites. Make sure you use 100% pure pine gum turpentine, not the turpentine you can buy from teh hardware store(paint thinner) which is only like 30% turp and 70% nasty chemicals. I get my 100% pine gum turpentine (which is just distilled pine tree sap, and totally harmless to humans) from the only town in the entire state of CA with more hetero men than g asf men, the towns name is CORONA. I sit you not, the biggest producer of 100% pure pine gum turpentine is a factory located in a town named CORONA.... Its like the universe is Biff from back to the future, smacking our heads "hello! hello! Anybody home?!?!" hahaha.
