i know some think so but i interacted w/them so many times, espec fj in 2019. Dif tone -fj is hostile, mocking, sarc where oss is rigid, compulsive, relentless. fj strikes quick then backs off. Never pounds the way that oss can, bread after bread, day after day - guy must have the constitution of an ox. Neither can be reasoned with. but fj is a coward - would never defy Q. OSS treats Q like he treats everyone else: takes what's said and turns it on its head! FJ is afraid of Q, OSS not afraid of anybody. (that is not a compliment, just an observation)
