Remember that phrase:

Especially when (they- the actors) start dropping like flies from the coof.
No uprisings would be expected if these deaths were due to "disease" as opposed to a military tribunal for example.
Probably a lot if not all won't take a "real" shot knowing what the game is.
But, it wont matter if they fake getting it or not- they will be scripted for exit from the movie by means of the covid if Q team says so.
Thus the phrase:
"These people are sick"
not just an observation and true statement, but a scripted movie plot.
