Hello QRB. UK Bread here with a late break in the CORINTHIA HOTEL pics.
(Going to re-post my discussion with another UK anon as it’s a lot to say, but puts the gist of the new discovery in a nutshell.)

The third graphic re the bike hire stalls has the best view of CH3 yet. You have brought something out in that pic which I could not see before. Two things, actually.
Looking at what I had thought was a bank of wheelie bins against the building on Whitehall, it now looks like there might be one wheelie bin in the foreground next to the lamp post, and a few more bins lined up behind it, but NOT against the building. They now appear away from the building and set out at kerbside for pickup.
Their relation to the DO NOT ENTER sign is puzzling as they appear to be adjacent with that sign and parallel with the parked cars on Whitehall.
Would Anon please post a GE streetview link for this anon? Need to really look at the shape of that whole kerb area to understand their placement.”
And so, my obs has been changed. We may have a bin next to the lamp post. Need to understand that gap between the public trash bins to see if we might not be victims of camera angle in the pics. Yet I still see 3-4 additional bins in the background behind the singular bin next to the pole. So CH3 still has additional bins.
Here is the mystery of the bins as it appears to me:
1) They are def not there BEFORE the ROT3 et seq pedestrian sequence. So they are AFTER.
2) If the additional CH3 bins were placed kebside after the other CH pics, why are they not also seen in the dawn photo? Do we have an obsessively conscientious resident/groundskeeper at Whitehall Gardens who snatched them up before the dawn so they would not be seen in CH1? Or,
3) Do we have another event captured in CH3 and snuck into the CH sequence?
4) Do we have two sequences? Consider the EMBANKMEMT wheelie bin discrepancy between LISA and the other TRAFCAM pics. Are LISA and CH3 from a different evening? Are the high value pedestrians seen in LISA or CH3?”
My co-digger has also just noticed some additional bikes a the bike hire station which appear in CH2 which were not present in ROT3. This may indicate some minutes passing, to allow for persons to appear, drop off their bikes and depart without being seen in CH2.
The fact remains, CH3 can no longer be tethered to the pedestrian sequence due to the wheelie bins being placed at the kerb (curb). We do know these bins are not evident in what we think is a dawn scene in CH1. We got another mystery. We may have another event snuck into the mix. A while back, I said if the LISA enigma that, while one instance can be denied as a one-off coincidence, two occurrences cannot. This is a breaking dig. You guys have it first. Haven’t even thought about posting it to GR. Probly get a shrug there as we often do.
