On Christmas Eve, Dr. Anthony Fauci turned 81. However, he is not retiring just yet.

If he did, Fauci would reap the largest federal retirement package in U.S. history.

Our auditors at OpenTheBooks.com estimate Dr. Fauci’s annual retirement would exceed $350,000. Thereafter, his pension and benefits would continue to increase through annual cost-of-living adjustments.

Fauci has 55 years of service as a federal employee.

For the second year in a row, Fauci was the most highly compensated federal employee and out earned the president, four star generals, and roughly 4.3 million of his colleagues. As director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), Fauci earned $434,312 in 2020, the latest year available, up from $417,608 in 2019.

Fauci is currently the Chief Medical Advisor to the President. However, his big salary boost came in 2004 under the George W. Bush Administration (as we reported earlier at Forbes) when Fauci received a “permanent pay adjustment” for his biodefense work. In January 2000, Fauci was also appointed to the Ready Reserve Corps, a corps of “officers on full-time extended active duty.”

$340,000-$350,000 each year in federal retirement payments

Federal employees with Fauci’s length of service can retire to earn “80 percent of [their] high-3 average salary, plus credit for [their] sick leave,” according to the U.S. Office of Personnel Management.

In November, we filed a federal Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit to determine Dr. Fauci’s currently unpublished 2021 salary, job description, royalties, conflict of interest and financial disclosures, and employment contract. The case moved quickly and the federal judge ordered production starting on February 1, 2022.

So, at this point, we can use only the last three published years of his salary — 2018: $399,625; 2019: $417,608; and 2020: $434,312 — to calculate his potential retirement earnings.

Dr. Fauci earned a total of $1.252 million from 2018-2020 in salary as a federal employee.

If he’d left federal service at the end of FY2020, figuring 80% of his highest three-year average, would mean a federal pension of $333,745 a year, plus cost-of-living increases (($1,251,545/3) x 80% = $333,745).

However, Fauci’s unpublished FY2021 and FY2022 salaries are likely commensurate, if not higher than his 2020 salary. Therefore, his retirement pay would be closer to $347,500 a year. (($1,302,936/3) x 80%).

(We requested both Dr. Fauci’s FY2021 and FY2022 salaries — fiscal years that start on October 1 respectively. We will update the column if NIH responds to our comment request.)

Additionally, Dr. Fauci is likely eligible for an annuity, paid out by the federal government. After serving 10 years, federal employees are eligible for “2 percent of [their] high-3 average salary for each year.” Dr. Fauci has more than surpassed the 10-year-minimum work requirement, and if he retired last year he could have drawn down at least an extra $8,344 a year (($1,251,545/3) x 2% = $8,344). If he leaves at the end of this month, that figure is likely closer to $8,575 a year in annuity payments, assuming his salary did not go down in 2021.

While federal benefit calculations are lucrative for someone in Fauci’s long-serving role, there is a potential twist…

Dr. Fauci was appointed in 2000 to the Ready Reserve Corps. The U.S. Code contains some different retirement calculations for Corps officers. Corps officers’ retirement pay involves calculating the top 36 months (vs. CSRS’s top 3 years), which may or may not make a difference, assuming Fauci’s long service and service credits as a federal employee qualify him for retirement under this system.

After passage of the Affordable Care Act, and subsequent authorizing provisions in the CARES Act, the Reserve Corps was folded into today’s Commissioned Corps of the U.S. Public Health Service “Ready Reserve Corps,” in which Fauci presumably continues to serve. Its group of reserve officers serving in other roles are subject to intermittent involuntary deployment (“call up”) to bolster the available workforce for public health emergency missions.

Why not retire, ABC’s Jonathan Karl recently asked Dr. Fauci:

“There’s no way I’m going to walk away from this until we get this under control. I mean, that’s the purpose of what we do. That’s – that’s our mission in life. In the middle of it, I’m not going to walk away.

“You know, we’re in a war, Jon. It’s kind of like we’re halfway through World War II, and you decide, well, I think I’ve had enough of this. I’m walking away.

“You can’t do that. You’ve got to finish it — and we’re going to finish this and get back to normal.”

That echoes what he told reporters last month:

“I’m the head of an institute that actually played the major role in the development of the vaccines that have saved now millions of lives from COVID-19,” he told CBS’ “Face the Nation” in an interview. “I’m the director of the institute that has now been very important in the basic research in leading to the drugs that will now have an important impact in the treatment of COVID-19. That’s what I do.

“So, I’m going to keep doing that until this COVID-19 outbreak is in the rearview mirror, regardless of what anybody says about me, or wants to lie and create crazy fabrications because of political motivations[.]”

Why the biggest federal salary of them all?

Documents released to our non-profit organization OpenTheBooks.com reveal that Dr. Fauci was approved for a “permanent pay adjustment” in excess of his regular salary in December 2004, to “appropriately compensate him for the level of responsibility… especially as it relates to his work on biodefense research activities.”

From 2004 through 2007, Fauci received a 68-percent pay increase from $200,000- to $335,000-a year. This award was permanent and carried forward through 2020.

Serving almost 55 years, Dr. Fauci is one of the longest-serving federal employees. Dr. Fauci first joined the NIH in 1966, as part of an intramural research program known as the “Yellow Berets.” In 1970, he left for a year and a half to serve as Chief Resident at the New York Hospital Cornell Medical Center. In 1971, he returned to NIH as Senior Investigator in the Laboratory of Clinical Investigation. In 1984, Fauci was named director of the NIAID, a position he still holds today.

On January 27 and again on May 17, 2021, we asked NIH for Dr. Fauci’s fiscal year 2020 and 2021 financial and conflict-of-interest disclosure forms; job descriptions; royalty payments; and all employment contracts, amendments, modifications, and addendums.

Dr. Fauci is required by federal law to file these forms with his employer, the NIH. After NIH failed to produce most of the requested documents, we filed a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit represented by Judicial Watch on October 28, 2021.

To say that that the details of Dr. Fauci’s employment are of the public interest – after almost two years of government decisions influenced by him – is an understatement.

The Fauci legacy

Few could credibly claim someone staying in federal service for approximately 55 years is “in it for the money,” though Dr. Fauci’s salary as the highest in the government would not be a disincentive to his tenure.

Alexander Vindman, who testified against former President Donald Trump during the Democrats’ first impeachment proceedings. In the episode, Larry David’s character praised Vindman as a “hero,” while another character called him “amazing.”

Curb Your Enthusiasm‘s season 11 closer gave Vindman a brief role, playing a slightly fictionalized version of himself. The retired lieutenant colonel promoted his appearance on social media, saying he had a “great time” working on the show.

In the episode, Susie wants to throw a party for Vindman, who is speaking at the Holocaust Museum in Los Angeles. Because Susie can’t host, Larry offers his house for the party.

Vindman appears later in the episode at the party when he overhears Larry on the phone trying to repeal a local five-foot fence law. “What you did on that call was completely improper,” Vindman said, in a line meant to echo his impeachment testimony.

Vindman, who served on the White House’s National Security Council, became a hero of the political left after he testified at the House Democrats’ impeachment inquiry into Trump. He claimed he heard a 2019 call between Trump and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky in July which Trump allegedly pressured his counterpart to investigate Joe Biden.

The Senate eventually voted to acquit President Trump. Following the acquittal, a U.S. Army spokesperson said Vindman and his brother, Yevgeny, a lawyer on the NSC, were reassigned to the Department of the Army after their removal from the NSC.

The Two COVID Questions Before the Court

The Supreme Court has agreed to take up two vaccine mandate cases -- the one involving OSHA and the one for health care workers (CMS).

A third mandate, aimed at federal contractors, remains in a kind of legal limbo. The temporary injunction granted by a Georgia judge was recently upheld by the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. Whether that decision will also be appealed to SCOTUS, and if so whether they will agree to hear it, remain to be seen.

However, according to Jenin Younes, an attorney with the New Civil Liberties Alliance and charter member of Team Reality, “It is likely that whatever decision [the court] makes about [the first two] mandates will affect the contractor one as well, since the principles are similar.”

So the importance of the upcoming arguments against the OSHA and CMS mandates cannot be overstated. They will almost certainly be for all the marbles.

Far be it from me to tell lawyers things they already know, much less what they ought to say or do. But you’ll have to forgive me if, after the ObamaCare and Obergefell fiascos, I’m not exactly brimming with confidence in our side’s ability to make winning arguments before the nation’s highest court.

It seems to me there are essentially two questions before the Court: Whether the federal government has the authority to mandate any vaccines, and if so, whether they have the authority to mandate these particular “vaccines” (hereafter referred to more accurately as “injections”).

The answer to the first question, I believe, is “maybe” or “it depends” -- although there is, in fact, no precedent for such federal mandates. The two examples the pro-mandate forces like to cite are both problematic for them, in different ways.

The first is the 1905 Supreme Court decision in Jacobson v. Massachusetts, in which the Court said the state could require citizens to take the smallpox vaccine.

That case poses at least two problems for mandaters. First, it involved a state mandate, not a federal one. Second, it upheld a law duly passed by the legislature -- not an executive edict.

So Jacobson isn’t really a “precedent” at all, as it deals with a very different set of questions.

The other “precedent” often mentioned is the fact that, during the American Revolution, George Washington ordered his troops to be inoculated with a new smallpox vaccine.

Again, this is hardly the same thing. It applies to a relatively small group of people soldiers not to the general population. Moreover, the individuals in question, by virtue of enlisting, had already voluntarily placed themselves under the full and undisputed authority of their military commander.

In contrast, the vast majority of those affected by the Biden administration’s mandates have never ceded that kind of authority over their personal lives to the federal government. So there really is no precedent.

And yet precedent is not everything. New circumstances call for new responses, new court rulings, new laws. I’m sure we can all envision a public health crisis in which the federal government might need to step in -- where a genuinely deadly virus is rampaging across the country, killing 20-30 percent of the population, including children.

If a vaccine existed that could stop such a virus in its tracks, we would all want everyone to take it and would probably feel the government was justified in making them -- although, in a situation like that, the government probably wouldn’t have to. Everyone would be lining up.

Thus, the second question before the court is this: Does COVID-19 constitute that kind of emergency? And the answer is very clearly, “No.” Not even close.

Throughout this “pandemic,” sensationalistic case counts have been grossly exaggerated by mass testing on a scale never seen, using faulty, ill-suited tests, absurdly amplified, yielding an unacceptable percentage of false positives. Hospitals have obscene financial incentives to identify “COVID patients” and to blame the virus for as many deaths as possible, even in cases where it clearly played no role.

The “shocking” case and death statistics, in short, are fraudulent. This could easily be demonstrated to the court using the government’s own documents. But even accepting their outlandish numbers, COVID still doesn’t approach the kind of nightmare scenario described above. It hasn’t even killed one-quarter of one percent of the population, much less 20 or 30 percent (and hardly any children).

Moreover, the “vaccines,” in this case, are not really vaccines as we have always understood them. That can easily be deduced from the mere fact that the health authorities had to change the longstanding definition of “vaccine” in order to include these injections.

They do not, we now know, prevent people from becoming infected. They do not stop the transmission or arrest the spread of the virus. As a number of reputable scientists have argued, they might even be making things worse, through Antibody Dependent Enhancement (ADE) and/or Original Antigenic Sin (OAS).

About the best we can say is that they might provide some personal protection against severe illness -- although, as efficacy continues to wane, we may soon find they don’t even do that, anymore.

Given these facts and they are facts, which a highly paid team of lawyers ought to be able to dig up easily and document thoroughly no rational argument exists for federal mandates. There is no pressing health emergency worthy of turning the Constitution on its head, and even if there were, the measures the government has attempted to impose thus far would do nothing to alleviate it.

These arguments strike me as simple, obvious, straightforward, well-supported by evidence, and utterly compelling -- in short, clear winners. I just hope and pray our side doesn’t screw them up, perhaps by being too clever by half.

Since August, Rising S Company, a company that builds underground bunkers, has installed 13 safe rooms, nine safe doors, two underground bunker shelters, and two window fortifications across Brentwood Park, Beverly Park, and Paradise Cove. This compares with seven safe rooms in California in the last 2.5 years.

Estate manager Bryan Peele, president and founder of the L.A.-based Estate Managers Coalition, said his clients have "fully equipped safe rooms that they can live in for a few days, if necessary, that are completely hard-wired with phone cables, Internet, everything."

One of Peele's clients has three bulletproof cars and wears fake Rolexes. "This guy will take a $200,000 Rolex and copy it, using stainless steel and other metals, so it looks like the original but costs maybe $2,000-$3,000 per watch. So, in the event that it's stolen, the client is out a lot less money," he said.

Many upscale homes are installing more cameras, constructing fences with barbed wire, and employing 24-7 security details that will protect them from once their private jet touches down to their mansions.

Some people are even taking firearm and self-defense classes so they will know how to defend their family and or themselves in an emergency.

Violent crime rises from an alarming cocktail of criminal justice reforms. For instance, thieves can steal up to $950 in goods and receive a slap on the wrist, the equivalent of a traffic ticket. Criminal gangs have taken advantage of relaxed laws and have recently gone on a wave of retailer smash and grab robberies. There have also been high-profile robberies of elites.

When philanthropist Jacqueline Avant was murdered in her Beverly Hills mansion earlier this month, it was a wake-up call for the community.

"Almost immediately after the Avant shooting, it's been crazy busy. We have increased operations in that area tremendously," said Aaron Jones, CEO of International Protective Security. "I have a lot of regular VIPs; when people call, I get on the phone with them. We understand the urgency of what's going on. It's nonstop."

It turns out that one of the most well-known pandemics from recent history was actually caused by the “vaccines” that were supposedly introduced to stop it – much like how the Wuhan coronavirus (Covid-19) “vaccines” of today are spreading more covid.

Dr. Sal Martingano, FICPA, explains that mass vaccination during the Spanish Flu is what actually caused people to die. In fact, the only people who ended up dying during the ordeal were those who got jabbed.

In her book Vaccination Condemned, Dr. Eleanor McBean, Ph.D., N.D., explains how she is an “unvaccinated survivor” of the 1918 Spanish Flu. She continues to urge people to revisit the historical event with a new lens, which she helps readers to do in her book.

McBean actually wrote a second book called Vaccination … The Silent Killer that expounds upon the revelations contained in her first book. The evidence she provides points to the vaccines, and not the flu itself (if there ever even was one…) as the true culprit that resulted in tens of millions of deaths.

“McBean’s coverage of the 1918 ‘Spanish Flu,’ as a reporter and an unvaccinated survivor, requires that the historical basis of the event needs to be revisited, not as a ‘conspiracy theory’ but with evidence that will ‘set your hair on fire,'” writes Dr. Martingano.

“McBean provides evidence that not only were the historical events of the 1918 ‘Spanish Flu’ compromised, but also those of the Polio and Swine Flu epidemics.”

The first case of Spanish Flu occurred at a military base in Kansas where vaccine experiments were taking place

Because Spain remained neutral during both the first and second world wars and did not censor its press like was occurring elsewhere, it would become the first country in the world to report a flu epidemic in 1918.

This would explain why Spain ended up being scapegoated for what would later be called the “Spanish Flu.” However, it turns out that that first real case of the deadly disease actually occurred in Kansas at a military base where vaccine experiments were taking place.

In preparation for World War I, military servicemen at Fort Riley, where numerous prior vaccines had been developed, conducted a massive vaccination experiment. This would lead to “patient zero” appearing in the United States rather than Spain.

If history was honest, it would actually be called the 1918 United States Military Flu. However, thanks to prolific influence from the likes of the Rockefeller family and other Big Pharma globalists, the blame got shifted to Spain.

“The fledgling pharmaceutical industry, sponsored by the ‘Rockefeller Institute for Medical Research,’ had something they never had before – a large supply of human test subjects,” explains Martingano.

“Supplied by the U.S. military’s first draft, the test pool of subjects ballooned to over 6 million men.”

There was no Spanish Flu: it was bacterial meningitis caused by vaccines

It would take until long after the war for autopsies to show that the millions of people who died from the “Spanish Flu” actually died from vaccine-induced bacterial meningitis. (RELATED: The polio outbreaks of the past were similarly caused by man-made chemicals rather than an airborne disease.)

“It was caused by random dosages of an experimental ‘bacterial meningitis vaccine,’ which to this day mimics flu-like symptoms,” Martingano explains. “The massive, multiple assaults with additional vaccines on the unprepared immune systems of soldiers and civilians created a ‘killing field.'”

Interestingly, the only people who were not affected by the so-called Spanish Flu were those who avoided taking the injections. Those people, including McBean, would go on to live normal lives and even tell all about what they witnessed at that horrific time.

While it all started out with mostly soldiers getting the injections, a massive leftover cache of the shots would eventually be given to civilians. This resulted in mass death on a wide scale among the American civilian population.

“Fearing that soldiers coming home would spread diseases to their families, the U.S. government pushed the largest vaccine ‘fear’ campaign in history,” Martingano writes.

“They used the human population as a research and development lab to field test experimental vaccines … Tens of millions of civilians died in the same manner as did the soldiers.”

Just like today, the doctors of that day mostly ignored what they were witnessing occur as a result of the mass injection campaign. Instead of stopping it in order to save lives, they actually proceeded to intensify the jab drive, resulting in many more deaths.

“Seven men dropped dead in a doctor’s office after being vaccinated,” McBean writes in her book about the propaganda that was being spread at the time. “Letters were sent to their families that they had been killed in action.”

In total, WWI soldiers from the U.S. were given anywhere from 14-25 untested, experimental injections, all within just a few days of one another. This triggered a cascade of intensified diseases all at once, which the medical system blamed on the “Spanish Flu.”

“The doctors called it a new disease and proceeded to suppress the symptoms with additional drugs or vaccines,” Martingano further explains.

This sobering account of what really happened during the so-called Spanish Flu pandemic of 1918 explains a lot about what the world is currently facing with the latest fraudulent plandemic episode called “covid.” It was all a lie back then, and is still a lie today.

On April 26, 2020, Twitter suspended the account of a publicly traded biotech company for sharing information about a non-medicinal UV light therapy for COVID-19. YouTube also removed a video demonstrating how the technology works.

New York: Jurors deliberating the fate of Ghislaine Maxwell at her sex trafficking trial were told they would have to work through the New Year’s holiday after they inquired about that possibility – the latest sign that a verdict was not near in the month-long trial.

On Tuesday, US District Judge Alison J Nathan cited an “astronomical spike” in the number of coronavirus cases in New York City as she explained to lawyers out of the jury’s presence why she was asking jurors to work at least an extra hour each day and every day through the week.

Minutes after arriving to begin deliberations on Wednesday, the jury sent the judge a note asking if they were also required to work on New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day, with the latter falling on a Saturday. Nathan sent them a note saying that they were, unless any of them faced a “substantial hardship” because of immovable commitments.

The jury also asked for transcripts of testimony from five trial witnesses as it weighs the evidence prosecutors presented to try to prove allegations that Maxwell recruited and groomed teenage girls from 1994 to 2004 for financier Jeffrey Epstein – and herself – to sexually abuse.

Maxwell appeared encouraged by the long deliberations, with her eyes lighting up after the judge received a request by the jury for transcripts of testimony from some defence witnesses. They included a memory expert who testified that memories can be corrupted over time by outside influences.

Defence lawyers say that Maxwell was made a scapegoat by the US government after Epstein killed himself in a Manhattan federal jail in August 2019 as he awaited his own sex trafficking trial.

Maxwell, 60, was arrested in July 2020 and, deemed a flight risk, has been held without bail ever since. Nathan has repeatedly rejected bail attempts, including a $US28.5 million ($39.3 million) package that would have required Maxwell to submit to 24-hour armed guards at her residence to ensure her appearance in court.
