ok for now---You??

today should be better...as I can actually get something outta it instead of hurry up and wait. Dr in about 2 hours so gotta get ready for dat soon-today is with Osteopath.

Actual hands on stuff.

Zero of that so far...even with the Ortho and ER-was actually afraid (seen in eyes) to physically examine-kinda dhere job...derp!

Zero sleep last night even with 'assistance'-din't work for shit.

That feel drowsy crap but no sleep-the worst imo.

Habs tried melatonin as an alternative but that does not agree with me at all which sucks cause that is really what I want to use instead of the crap they push-Ambien.

I have less issue with that but it not werking nao

For some reason the Melatonin wakes me up if I do not immediately lie down and try and force sleep (that neber werks as you prolly know) :I

Will solve it eventually.

Have You Seen 200 Million Barrels of Oil Anywhere?

The International Energy Agency is trying to figure out where 200 million barrels of oil went.

The adviser to energy-consuming nations said on Wednesday that observable global oil inventories plunged by more than 600 million barrels last year. That would be fine were it not for the fact based on its estimates of supply and demand that the decrease should only have been 400 million.

There is always a gap between the two, but the 200 million barrel discrepancy means the oil market could be tighter than previously thought. The gap could be a result of underreporting of demand or over-reporting production, the IEA said. Its monthly report is a benchmark for traders trying to evaluate the balance between supply and demand the world over. โ€œA retrospective view shows the difficulty over the past two years of reliably analyzing and forecasting supply and demand,โ€ the agency said on Wednesday. โ€œLessons learned will improve the work in 2022 and allow us to better understand our market.โ€

While the balance of supply and demand may be one cause of the mismatch, there could be others too. The agency uses satellite data to track oil stockpiles, for example -- but that doesnโ€™t extend to the barrels used to fill pipes or those stored in huge underground caverns.

There are also issues with reporting. While huge emphasis is placed on stockpiles in OECD nations the IEAโ€™s core reporting area there are burgeoning volumes outside the region that go unreported, particularly in China.

Throw in a global pandemic that has transformed the dynamics behind oil consumption, and tracking demand has become significantly more difficult.

>chiro

habs for years (and what I used after ditching the stupid pills) but at this point w/o the MRI ain't nobody doing that to me nao cause all they do is use an X-ray and that doesn't show scar tissue, tendon stuff, possible nerve damage etc.

Acupuncture, cupping, all sorts 'o stuff but ever since this latest episode (and it was biggest one I ever had-way worse than the initial injury 10 years ago) I am very cautious about what I do and who does it.

Unfortunately I habs a lot of experience dealing with this and not getting much results until this forced me to address-dat totally muh fault

Left leg is atrophied and that din't habben with the latest episode so this was always gonna habben at some point.

What I need is an epidural but until they know where to put it (guided) I am stuck dealing with this almost untenable pain

New Dr. is good and changed me out of the crappier stuff given from ER
