As a former /qresearch/ baker, I want to wholeheartedly agree with this post:

Baking is 100% an art form, a talent, something that doesn't come naturally to everyone. A well-baked bread is something that literally millions of readers are relying upon daily. A serious baker never takes that lightly. I've seen our great bakers ran off and shunned for being "shills." These same bakers so talented & legendary in our kitchen that we, as anons chose to nickname them as a way of celebrating them. That doesn't mean they're famefagging. It became board culture, and something that Flapjack and crew must have grown envious of, looks like to me. That means that they did such an outstanding job, they deserved at least some small credit. Flapjack and Ronald couldn't have that, though. They want all the recognition without doing any of the work, including listening to their own community.
Anon is right, degrading notables and quality of the work being done day in and day out by anons isn't a method of solving any of the "problems" that the board itself was facing. Editorial standards should always be kept at the highest possible, that is why WE ARE THE NEWS NOW.
