You may be just the help needed to crack this one. Pic is from a Q drop. One is full color original while other has colors muted. Persons of interest are the couple where guy in red knit cap is using a selfie stick and woman may be holding a phone herself. I enlarged to 285% and while not as good as hoped, the woman appears slightly asian to me. Lisa page could appear asian from a pic like that but something about the length of the face tells me that is not Lisa Page.
Trying to discern Stzrok & Page, or Bill Priestap and another woman. Was Priestap the one with the Chinese girlfriend?
Timeframe is Winter of 2013/2014. Place London UK, specifically the Winter Wonderland annual event in Hyde Park. This is to help the Brits with Q drops and just might help wth another set of pics known as the Embankment Series.
I don't want to throw it to General Research at this time, seems mention of Stzrok and/or Priestap brings out shills, like in UK bread that decided to pop up where they usually stay away.
