Financially speaking there will be zero problems (loans, collateral, etc other participants)
It all depends on how hard he wants to fight the 'bot thing and how he will prove it.
if he is relying on the system to do that then good luck-he gotta pay $1B if he wants out for any other reason-he agreed to that.
He should have taken the BoD seat-much easier to work it that way-wouldn't cost him what he has already sold in TSLA shares and after all the CEO reports to the BoD.
Being the CEO is still on the outside looking in.
Starlink would be so easy to take out-they all follow each other trajectory-wise-take 1 out and you cause a chain reaction as the others crash into it- you also have moar space junk to clean up
That wasn't the smartest decision to do it that way-but I get that something else needed to be done
