West Virginia vs. EPA ruling will change everything about how the federal government operates.

It would eliminate the unlimited power that has been given to alphabet agencies (CDC, EPA, FBI, ATF, IRS, FCC, etc.)

No more 3 letter agencies acting as Judge/Jury/Executioner passing unlawful regulations on their own, this would return delegated power back to Congress.

This would be one of the most historic rulings in America’s history.

Please God let this happen.
