Hello QRB. Hope you are well. UK Bread anon here with an an update on the London traf_cam pics digs.

We occasionally find sauces which are incorrect with their attributed dates for pics and vids, but UK anons have bern looking at hundreds and hundreds of sauces know better. A recent Shutterstock vid labeled ‘London circa December 2013’ is actually taken before 23SEP2013.

We use multiple markers such as construction crane lights and construction shrouding on Westminster Palace, tide times, bus stop signs, and sidewalk signs, all gud to show temporary changes.

Our current working “bookends” as we call them, (the markers at the beginning and end of a period of time) for the Q trafcam Embankment pics is currently from roughly 14DEC to 26DEC. Our 12 days of Christmas.

Interestingly, our untrustworthy sauce from Shutterstock gave us a rethink on the ‘moon’ behind LE. The vid showed some air traffic behind London Eye which, although not precisely a match, we must admit for the occasional aircraft straying a bit on approach.

Not saying it’s a plane in ROT1. Just keeping an open mind. There is a notably high tide seen in ROT1 which we also use as a marker. Some in our Christmas week can be eliminated for various reasons such as occuring in daylight, during reg business hours for our restaurant ships, during a pm rush hour when we should see buses, etc.
