Needs some advice. With everything transferring into my name only, needs to set up beneficiaries on investment accounts, (until I can get out, can't do overnight). How do I get step kids SS numbers without telling them they're beneficiaries.. was thinking about saying 'trading authority' should I become incapacitated. Also this keeps it out of probate, looking at doing a living trust - so no probate.
Can't get in to atty until end of month, have to set up now so I can start moving monies out. Any insights would be appreciated. Never could reason with spouse on too many eggs in one basket.. doh yikes.png

Never thought about the spa then, that'd be my speed now. LV too crowded, gimme a beach and a fishin pole. One beach I used to go to had all to myself, extra driving worth it.
