Its Traumatic, when the grief overwhelms and drains you more than you imagined possible, for a human being. Where does all that water and snot come from? kek
May surprise you how sturdy you are.
The moments in the day are different from the night but when the sadness fills you and the tears start to fall, be with those moments too, for they pass in different lengths and intensity. (found myself getting teary at the pain you must be riding, which is also another aspect of grief)
It will never be the same again, that you can count on. Know that we don't die, just transform into otherness.
So when you get signs and odd happenings, and there are always signs and odd happenings, it is spouse anons way of letting you know they are still here on the 3D. And the really great part is you will start to feel them before you get the 'happening'.
