I think investor. Using a SA address would be easier to cover up where the money came from. Most money I ever saw was in Moscow in the 80's. Some Saudi guy in a bar (yes) took a wallet out his of robe that had about a 3 inch wad of bills in it. Saudi resident throwing oil money around wouldn't raise a lot of suspicion back then.

Can't count out using fake Austrian lineage, either, though. Turn of the century Austria was a big place.
