Trump did not violate this if for no other reason than plausible deniability - he didn't mention their names, they took the insult and applied it to themselves....then listed how it didn't apply to them, thereby invalidating the "harm"
as it
did not create an intimidating...blah blah blah, negatively affect job opportunities, interfere with work performance....
on another but similar note....I like to point out that views that criticize based on country of origin and illegal status are not "racist" but "countryist" (I use that on my kids)
