I live in a rural area. Do rules for flight altitude change for Mil out in the sticks?

 

These things come in very low here. I was with my young nephew on July 3 when a c130 went over at what had to be 400 ft...maybe a smidge lower. It was so low and loud he ducked and I laughed at him.

 

It’s the same with the Blackhawks and A10s. They seem to form up low here and then head north toward Atterberry. It’s amazing how tight an A10 can turn.

Not bitching cuz the air show if free, I just wonder if it’s the excessive low altitude is the reason why so few of the plans I spot show up for Planefags.
