JE tied to someone in Syria? Has he frequented that Bath House while there? Name dig on the name that the Bath House referral name? Brainstorming here. For what ever reason, JE wanted to emulate that particular Bath House .. tie his place to that. Symbolism for some reason.

I don't. Still digging on the history of the paticular Bath House mentioned in the Drop, and it's History, here, https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Turkish_bath. Of interest, is the History of how and where (geographic locations) they spread to, and why and who spread them. The culture of each bath house seemed to remain the same, with the exception of the muzzies. The interesting part of this Article was the Introduction to Western Europe, and seeing where, and how they evolved. Lots of FYVEYS Countries mentioned. There are tons of links off of each reference in the wiki article. Given enough time, I'm sure something will lead to something else. It always does. Not trying to find a particular end, just trying to see where the symbolism leads, with respect to who, and what ties they would have with JE.
