Notice how the building built into the wall is backed up against the hill the helipad is built onto. It might be serving double duty - helipad maybe the roof of a bunker whose access is in that building with all the garage doors.
The way people are fixating on this fucking building I am beginning to thing there is an active effort in progress to use it as a distraction. The only thing under that dome is a couple of air conditioners.

Incidentally, the pictures of the little concrete box maybe lend some creedence to that theory because this is a pretty heavy duty conduit for that little building to need.
However, based on the unpainted, v later painted concrete box, i suspect that the place was still under construction.
That would have to be a stupidly long hydraulic ram lift for more than a floor or two. It's more likely it's a gear drive kind that uses gear rails to go up and down. way lower profile and only needs electricity to operate, no big mechanical room with hydraulic pumps, etc
I'm aware. As already stated, it's pointless to waste time theorizing on what's under the dome using old pictures, when we already know the answer.
