At this time (last August) Rouhani was losing moderate influence.
But Q suggests that maybe some of his well-kept comms contain niceties that hussein et al. would rather not be disclosed - about the huge payments they made to Iran.

My main reason for dumping out of QR was the unnecessary crudity and nastiness. At the same time, too many girlies and soyboys who are too damn lazy and stoopid to do their own digging get on our nerves. They're so obvious.
