Based on some of the older pictures versus the newer ones I'd say the island has been written off as a base of operations. There are signs of neglect, buildings have been removed or show signs of distress. Temple buulding has gone unrepaired for so long even before epstein was arrested.(the one by the flag pole / tunnels, for example just aint there anymore.)
