Thank you a better image. Looking at similar styles, hindu gods bear a stricking resemblance, especially now that I can see the right hand making a gesture most hindu gods make. Without looking into the mythology, the statue best resembles Parvati, though only the two armed version.

Of note on India, they have the oldest myth stories of any culture I am aware of in a mostly intact form called the Maharabata. A number of events annotated in it cross reference sumerian history close enough to be confidant in their documenting the same events. As a bonus, one of the Manhattan Project's leads quoted the Maharabata about the atomic blast.

Pic related is one statue of Parvati. The tl;dr is lifted from wikipedia for a short synopsis.

Parvati, Uma or Gauri is the Hindu goddess of fertility, love, beauty, marriage, children, and devotion; as well as of divine strength and power. Known by many other names, she is the gentle and nurturing aspect of the Supreme Hindu goddess Adi Parashakti and one of the central deities of the Goddess-oriented Shakta sect. She is the Mother goddess in Hinduism, and has many attributes and aspects. Each of her aspects is expressed with a different name, giving her over 100 names in regional Hindu stories of India. Along with Lakshmi and Saraswati, she forms the trinity of Hindu goddesses. She is also the consort of Shiva, who is expressed as the destoyer.

Shiva is notable to me given the CERN facility has it at their entrance, also, the symbolism of wronging a man's wife to bring his wrath upon the offender seems reasonable. Parvati who gives life to blackmail and protected by a vicious man.
