Thanks anon.
Very helpful.
Posted this in the "tryout" thread for formatting and generally trying out posts before going live to see if there are errors

Looks like I screwed up on the Omar marriage did, didn't intend to keep it on the same line with the previous entry
Also saw that anon reposted that notable (deleted from pb? I didn't look but heard) and anons are now discussing. Did baker take out? Don't know.
Usual rule of thumb is this:
baker should post early enough for anons to look over the notables so if they see something is incorrect, objectionable, etc., they can discuss it with baker.
Baker should be open to that or else anons will object (as they should). Final decision may be baker's, but any baker who goes strongly against anon opinion on an ongoing basis will create friction on the board, as we have seen.
Second rule is that bakers do not delete another baker's notables once they are baked. It is disrespectful for starters. Also, means that shill bakers could do all sort of mischief. Witness some of the "notables" on QR notables thread.
So it's a good custom. It's also why anons should pay close attn to notables before they go in the dough, not wait until either tail end of bred (when baker is busy) or next bred (espec. if there is a baker change). Second baker will usually refuse to make changes, even if he would not have notabled something himself.
When anons note-take, it is usually understood that the notes they collect are SUGGESTIONS for baker, who may keep or discard as they wish. Why? BC in the end, it's the baker who assumes responsibility for what goes in the notes. It's for that reason that making pastebins identifiable is prolly a good idea, espec for regular bakers (either that you using an icon assoc with a particular baker so anons know who is baking).
Baker here.
There are many ways to organize notables.
But I suggest you focus moar right now on attracting new bakers (we are still short staffed), encouraging them, and giving them constructive feedback in a diplomatic way.
Better yet, learn to bake yourself, so you can implement your vision and see if it's practical for real world baking.

My two cents worth.
Not the same baker as is on duty, just to clarify. This is FReeBaker who baked #27 and a few others.
Baker
Just tested-baked the bread.
"Body too long" with just this one set of notes
because it's over 100 lines
Not surprising, since it's a 14 hour bred.
KEK!
Until we have faster breds, this problem may arise sometimes.
My advice?
split the page at the baker change.
Makes 1 page into 2.
Why not?
