Like I said.

Particle size matters. The particles have to be nano size so that silver is actually a colloid. Colloids are composed of particles so tiny that they electrically repel one another and do not enter into chemical reactions. They remain suspended indefinitely and do not precipitate.

Second, the silver should be .999 pure. No contaminants from the refining process. Standard .99 pure is not good enough.

Third, it is very important that the silver is not any kind of salt. No silver nitrate. No silver bicarbonate. No silver halide. No silver chloride. Just pure silver in colloid form suspended in pure distilled water.

I'll say nothing further.
