I contacted an attorney. Shared my story, and through that he and other attorneys took on the case and gathered yet 'more parents', and we filed suit under my name and victoriously sued the State of California in a class action suit.
It concerned not only my child, but every child in California who was being subjected to ungodly violent porn married to vicious racism.
The "Class Act" of California was a test given to see how promising the fertile young ground was. If we had not stopped it, it was slated to be given nation wide as a mandatory educational requirement.
One person can do it. I am just one of those who says 'all be damned'...my child/family/other's little ones, are more important than how people feel or treat me. I am accountable...I could not remain silent.
If you cannot do it, try to find someone with the ability and circumstances to go forward.
These people get away with this and have for so long because we remain silent.
Be strong...be diligent.
