Some degree of shilling is inevitable with an open-source, unmoderated board. Instead of getting frustrated, take action.
BE AWARE of current shill tactics
*negative, angry tone, whatever the content
*provocative name-calling (faggot, cunt, stupid etc.)
*introducing slides (NegAnon?)
*prolonged fighting over slides (bloody boots worn by Epstein?); making much ado about nothing
*division-fagging (e.g., QR v QRB is newest tactic)
*creating paranoia ("8bit is comp'd" w/no sauce)
*anything else that creates needless tension (creation of toxic work environment)
*overly-emotional responses of any kind
*attacks on anons who show leadership of any kind
CHALLENGE these tactics when you see them.
*Politely but firmly state the need for sauce (facts, arguments, evidence) to support claims.
*Remind flaming anons that this is a research board.
*Ask the relevance of slidey-looking discussions to Q research.
*Stay calm however nasty someone else gets.
*Stay focused on the big picture (We are winning bigly!)

Baking at QR
Yes, there's definitely a campaign to find moar bakers for QR. The lastest QR bred title is the latest in a long series of "we need bakers" bred titles. They got a bakin' shortage coz a lotta bakers won't bake there anymoar since FJ make it clear that bakers are tolerated only because Q intervened.
And as we know, their breads go much faster (lotsa spam and shillery speeds things along). So baking is prolly as challenging now as in the past few months, despite captcha gone and normal breds restored. The hated notables thread also remains (a symbol of FJ's continued hegemony). And he remains unrepentant--crappy attitude has not changed.
Will QRB bakers bake on QR? I've been thinking about what I will and won't do at this point. I've known FJ was not a good guy for months, but still bakered anyway--attitude being "nobody is gonna make me leave." We bake for Q and anons, not BO. Q is still posting on QR despite less-than-ideal situation.
As long as breds are 100% legit, I could see situations where I would bake. Don't know whether I will or not; that's kind of an in-the-moment decision. But suppose a bred is ghosted and Q posts.....OR baker must go during prime time--such as right this moment: "NEW BAKER NEEDED ASAP. Dentist appt this morning may have to ghost soon." For me, not a hard and fast rule, although still not sure it's gonna happen.
The only thing that I can't see doing is having anything to do with the hated notables thread; should be imo eliminated, bc of the way it was created. Also, Q said "revert"; I choose to take him literally. Someone wants em there? They can post em there.
At this point, QRB prolly has twice the bakers of QR and half the need. I still love and respect bakers on both boards, but am not exactly eager to return to "the scene of the crime." Bad memories of burnout, ridicule and other things remain. Sorry there are problems but bakers didn't create them. Each of us has to decide what he can stomach and where his duty lies.
The Q revision suggestions is mine, so no problem! Same with the other request.
