In the US, you are not allowed to use a drone to conduct surveillance on someone.

I don't know what laws apply to LSJ.

In US, many people who thought it was a good idea to shoot a drone have found themselves financially responsible to drone owner. Most drones have powerful cameras.

Remember, the drone your shooting has a very powerful lithium battery capable of large explosion or fire. You could easily cause a fire or burn a house down not to mention something large and heavy enough to kill someone I now out of control. Again financially responsible.
