You'll need to search programs, or apps, as they now call them on Windows 10.
Maybe it's not included in pre Windows 10 versions, I wouldn't know. I only found it in Windows 10 after a kindly anon pointed me in the right direction as I am doing now in return.

I was doing a little dig on a story that happened around me in 2011. I used to work In Rio de Janeiro and on the night of November 9, 2011, the peaceful night air was shattered by the sound of multiple helicopter rotors hovering overhead.
It turns out that the leader of one of the biggest criminal gangs in Rio (besides the government) was being arrested whilst under the full glare of the media spotlight (a couple of the choppers were NEWS choppers and the others Military Police).
I found it odd at the time that it was first reported that Nem, aka Antônio Francisco Bonfim Lopes, was arrested after he was found in the trunk of a limousine bearing Turkish Diplomatic plates.
As I said, I found that particular aspect somewhat peculiar and just stored that info in my memory banks for future use if required. However, the memory only resurfaced when I saw something about diplomatic abuse recently and the connection was made.
Digging on him yesterday turned up absolutely no mention of Turkish Diplomatic plates or diplomatic immunity in relation to the arrest.
Looks like that has all been scrubbed.
My research skills are pretty limited and I've never used wayback machine to see what has been archived. Perhaps other anons may be interested in digging.
