I'm seeing conflicting details about the hearing to unseal the documents related to Epstein.

Lats I knew, the hearing was rescheduled from the 18th to the 25th. It was postponed and no reason given

It appears Maxwell filed ( yet another hail Mary motion ) to have the full appeals court reconsider the order to unseal and that is what caused the rescheduling. No word if the motion was granted or if the full appeals court took any action.

This is all a major stall tactic but Maxwell is claiming unsealing now could cause violations in due process rights of others. She makes the argument based on Epstein's arrest and the media frenzy.

There is nothing about the timing or circumstances that is any different now than existed when the documents were ordered to be unsealed.

This article says the hearing in on the 24th. Not sure if this is an error or not.

In any case, the hearing is for the purpose of the new Judge to lay out what, when, and how the unsealing and release will take place.

Don't count your chicken because it will open the door for new motions filed and appealed.

Maxwell and others will file motions about something else as soon as the Judge makes her ruling
