what stuck most in my head from mueller's testimony was hearing him agree that a president could be indicted for crimes after he left office. here's lookin' at you, obummer!

0:48:57 - mueller states that they could not indict because of the olc opinion that a sitting president could not be indicted
0:49:16 - nadler asks, under doj policy a president could be prosecuted for obstruction of justice crimes after he leaves office, is this correct?
0:49:20 - mueller answers, true.
now, i'm no lawfag, but if a president can be prosecuted (note that we've moved on from simply "indicted"), for obstruction of justice crimes after he leaves office, surely that would hold true for other crimes and other presidents as well.......
listening to the nad's opening remarks i couldn't help but think wemay be hearing these same phrases spoken in future proceedings for the real criminals:
-
act with integrity
-
follow the facts where they lead
-
consider all appropriate remedies
-
make recommendations to the house upon conclusion because there must be accountability especially as it relates to the president
or past presidents?
or past presidential candidates
willis is not entirely clean. haven't heard about him abusing little kids but there are blinds on cdan about how he'd have his daughter (believed to be rumer) bring her friends around to his trailer on set so he could hook up with them and they weren't all of legal age yet
