I don't see Little Schitt on the list. What's he doing with Classified info on any citizen anyway? It's not admissible in an Impeachment proceeding, as that is a Political Process. I'm not sure I'm capable of declaring the unknown as anything, beyond my limited understanding of the nature of God's work, which may well indeed be bullshit.

I can't find any specific Obama-era EO that touches on the FISA process. Regardless of the process, collected Intel, especially HUMINT gathers on US targets is compartmentalized for many reasons, including to prevent its use for political processes.
