There is supposed to be a hearing in U.S. District Judge Loretta Preska's Court today. It was postponed last week. Nearly no reports can be found about it. What can be found shows conflicting dates of yesterday and today.
If the hearing happens today, it will be the Judge laying out the instruction for what, how, and when to release the 2000 documents

The criminal case against Epstein is going to have documents sealed because they include info about uncharged individuals who are under investigation.
The Good News is:
Others are about to be charged
The civil case against Maxwell regarding the unsealing of documents is stalled for now pending a decision from the full Appellate Court. Maxwell is asking the Court to reconsider the order to unseal because of due process violation risks to others who haven't been charged. Expect the documents to remain sealed unfortunately because it appears the criminal investigations will get the protective order.
