My thoughts as well. I think what this will end up doing is silencing meme creators that would rather avoid copyright and stay anon to avoid harrassment by the msm/liberals for a quality meme. If someone else claims copyright then the original creator could be on the the hook for sharing their own original work. Or, am I completely misunderstanding how this potential law is layed out?
