Articles 11 and 13 are moar of a boogeyman for the moment. Not yet something that has been acted on nor indicated it will be acted upon anytime soon.

Some spoke different languages, some had different skin colors, others different religions, and a vast range of education levels. All of them were concerned about the same things. Their pay checks, bills, and kids. There was never a difference on this point.
