Everyone has heard of the butterfly effect. As applied to the atmosphere as a complex system, a butterfly flapping its wings could cause a storm a week later and a continent away. But what is not often mentioned is that this chaotic amplification of stimulation does not happen everywhere and at all times. A butterfly will only have such a great impact on the weather if it happens to flap its wings at the right time and the right place and such points of great sensitivity to stimulus are relatively rare.
It is both a science and an art to identify such sensitive points in a system and then apply a mere nudge that will eventually cascade into a great effect. Without this skill, attempts to influence a system may seem to require great force which may then have either little effect or unpredictable effects. With this skill, a small group or even an individual can have great impact.
Aside from a general knowledge of nonlinear dynamics and a thorough study of the target system, patience is required to wait for the right time and place for an optimal point of influence to appear, and then to wait for the delayed effect. A complex system is rarely completely understood, but understanding is refined by careful observation of the effects of stimulus, including test stimulus just for the purpose of probing the system to reveal hidden dynamics.
These concepts are universal, and no doubt the Cabal has known and made use of them over time to manipulate humanity despite their small numbers. However, based on the flow of current events, it seems that their knowledge, skill or patience has diminished. These people are stupid. They never thought she would lose.
