Sentenced to 15 years to life. Should have been life but the rape charges thrown out because the laws were different at the time of the crime- that rape had to be proven via human contact. Coroner testifies to definite rape yet because no semen was detected, rape thrown out.
Then after 8 short years, the killer is up for parole. EIGHT FUKING YEARS LATER- Not even meeting the minimum sentence after a jury stated minimum 15.
That's not justice for the victim or the family.
