But this doctrine

>that a child born in the United States automatically makes the child an American

is contrary to law and if ever litigated would fail.

"anchor babies" isn't a "LAW"

it is a political assumption, a RUSE that has been perpetrated on the american people by the propaganda toting presstitutes.

It has NEVER been challenged in SCOTUS by an ILLEGAL alien.

persons without permission to be in THIS country (the US) are NOT under US jurisdiction, they remain under the jurisdiction of their HOME countries.

for example: if you were visiting Turkey, got arrested for a crime–especially something that may not be criminal in the US, WOULD A US CITIZEN contact the US Embassy???? YES, because they are under US JURISDICTION by virtue or THEIR CITIZENSHIP.

Illegal aliens have citizenship OF THEIR COUNTRY OF ORIGIN.

IMHO the invaders caught should be bussed TO THEIR RESPECTIVE EMBASSY for REMOVAL.

Q Research General #6368: Repugnant In A Free And Open Society Edition

I see a change coming to our current law on babies born in the USA. Currently, if a baby is born on American soil, it is automatically a citizen of the USA…aka ANCHOR BABY.

If that law were changed for example, to say that parents must be US citizens and proof must be shown upon birth, that would slow the ANCHOR BABY issue down. There would be less pregnant women coming to the USA to bear their child(ren) in the hopes of retaining ANCHOR BABY STATTUS if we change the law.

The cases are the first ever federal charges "brought against suspected operators of highly-lucrative "birth tourism" businesses in the States, said the Justice Department.

All the defendants are said to be linked to three "birth houses" that operated in southern California which catered to wealthy women from China looking to have so-called "anchor babies."

It's said the customers were coached on how to pass US consulate interviews in their homeland by falsely stating they would only be staying in the States for two weeks."

....................... IMO it's important that Anons become familiar with this case and its ramifications ...................................

//'//'//'//'//'//'//'//'//'// "Anchor babies" NEEDS to be tested in the courts where it will undoubtedly ultimately be rejected //'//'//'//'//'//'//'//'//'///

NBC news states "that a child born in the United States automatically makes the child an American and, because of that, the parents are allowed to stay in our country" as if it's a universal truism.

Learn to challenge hidden presumptions built into MSM. It's one of the ways they brainwash people. The more times the lie is told, the moar people will believe it's truth.
