FaceMap v8 work in progress

Added anons post for possible KM from the state department still need to dig.

Still need the [DL] [PS] [DL], David Laufman is one of the DL maybe both and then PS could be eter Strzok except he is er was with the FBI. In the Q post they seemed to be grouped by department and annotated when they were from some place else, so it has lead me down my current train of thought.

I am current working on the UK <DNC section in bottom right.

Go outside for a bit even if it is to do nothing in particular, I usually go out and walk at night and find some of my best thoughts then.
