I thought the original idea of copyright laws was the protect intellectual property rights from unauthorised financial exploitation, and this seems fair and just to me.

No profit from sharing intellectual property = no copyright violation.

>Except it could be argued that by giving it away for free you are breaching copyright by depriving holder of any remittance

I would say that would be a tough position to defend as the sharing of memes does not usually include a financial element and no financial transaction would ever occur as a result.

However, we are well aware that statutes are written to protect or add the interests of lawmakers.

Funny that law schools seem to completely avoid the fact that statutes are masquerading as colour of law and apply to financial entities and not a natural born man.

Common law?

What's that?

I only studied law as a minor component of my baccalaureate, but I have quizzed many lawyers and solicitors on the subject and they had no clue to what I was referring.

>America is the first domino.

Ya think?

I'd say the cabal has no geographical borders and when it falls it one place it must surely fall in all others at the same moment.

However, I will agree that there are different factions and this will be reflected in the geopolitical sphere.

>you know the best you can hope for is a stall in proceedings

If I ever find myself at the mercy of of state sponsored security agents as opposed to peace officers, I am more than inclined to go the route of exercising my right to remain silent and see where that road takes me as I'm well aware that the majority of people convict themselves through their own statements.

Btw, my question on common law was most certainly not aimed in your direction and was no more than a flippantly sarcastic and rhetorical question aimed at '''

them'''.

Good point, anon.

I had neglected that little bit whereby websites and providers, including those that host memes, do generate profit.

>โ€œtotally broken and crime infested places from which they came.โ€

It was only whilst discussing Trump's twats with my non American offspringanon , a somewhat open minded, but non Q follower, that it dawned on me that Trump was referring to the US. My offspringanon then interjected, but he's the President. Why would he do that?

I asked if he was responsible for all the corruption that preceded his ascension to the role and if he is trying to do something about it.

She conceded that I could well be right.

>Mueller will face charges re: U1

>He's working to save himself.

This has always been at the back of my mind as far as anything Mueller does is concerned.

My assumption, although always open to modification when the evidence demands it, is that the whole Muller investigation and his subsequent testimony, is all just part of the movie with all characters artfully playing their GEOTUS scripted roles to, amongst other things, discredit and destroy the Democrats in the eyes of the public and as a future political force resulting in the destruction of the 2 party system.
