L. Ron Hubbard used to run book scams too. HIs weren't exactly book signing deal related, but sales related.

--

L. Ron Hubbard, the pulp writer turned religious leader, had written his first science-fiction novel in more than 30 years. If St. Martin's published it, Hubbard aides promised the firm, subsidiary organizations of Hubbard's Church of Scientology would buy at least 15,000 copies.

"Battlefield Earth," priced at $24.95, was released the next year in hardcover, rare for a science-fiction title. Despite mixed reviews, the book quickly sold 120,000 copies - enough to place it on The New York Times best-seller list.

"Five, six, seven people at a time would come in, with cash in hand, buying the book," said Dave Dutton, of Dutton's Books, a group of four stores in the Los Angeles area. "They'd blindly ask for the book. They would buy two or three copies at a time with $50 bills. I had the suspicion that there was something not quite right about it."

Dutton only suspected what others claim to know for fact. The book's sudden success, say dozens of former Scientologists and book dealers, was the result of a church plan to create the illusion of L. Ron Hubbard as a hot author. The church, they say, sustains the myth - 15 New York Times best sellers and counting - through dubious marketing tactics and the manipulation of an obedient flock of consumers.

Makes me wonder, if something similar is not employed with these books these people sell. Not only give the "writer" money on the front end with the deal, but also make a killing on manufactured book sales. Like good ol' L. Ron.

For instance, you need to turn MS-13 into clean money for let's say, oh, I don't know, the Obamas. You have MS-13 guys, or their GFs/slaves/whatever/ take that Cocaine cash and go into the store and buy 50 books of Michelle's "Becoming."

Not only does Michelle get her cut from the sale, but so do the store, and of course the publisher who forked over the book signing deal to begin with. It's a win for everyone involved. Also the sale numbers are fantastic and you can brag about them all over TV.

For me, there has to be a back end for the publisher who is forking over this huge bonus. I mean, what's the point of forking over the bonus if you are not sure to get your money back. I mean it's all fine to do the Cabal's bidding and pay Hillary/Joe/Michelle for their books, but what if no one buys it and you just lost money. But like L. Ron could promise the faithful's money, what if the Deep State promises MS-13 or Wonderland money as the guarantee?

I feel like I'm the only anon that watched the Wire...

That show is a pretty good break down of that hell hole. From ports, human trafficking, Public Education System, to corrupt politicians. And does a good job of linking all that back to selling rock on the block.

When I was watching it back in the day, I remember thinking "MY GOD! Baltimore is such a shit hole" Then when POTUS brought it up again this weekend, my mind went back to that show.

Not saying any anon needs to watch it, but shit, it covers almost everything we talk about here, except pedophilia.

yeah that's what confused me too.

I saw Italy and I saw the Salvini video, and my mind went on auto-pilot, so I said confirmed without thinking.

Then I remembered the Gitmo pic was Salvini and panicked and started red texting and clicking on random links.
