I copy a lot to an email I send to fambly. Stuff gets stuck there, too. Two things help:
Going slower or deleting the extra from the target and then picking up the next block to be copied again. (Which may just be a way of doing something while I go slower.) Don't know if this will be useful, but I don't give refunds. ;-)

Q says, with some emphasis, that this is a battle between good and evil and this book, after about 3 pages, identifies the evil by name ... and then proceeds to make the case for the identification.
