Joe diGenova: “Declassified documents will be released this week … by Wednesday” (August 1st)
Posted on July 29, 2019 by sundance
Speaking to WMAL radio, former U.S. Attorney Joe diGenova informs the audience that declassified documents will begin to be made public starting Wednesday August 1st.
Additionally, Mr. diGenova states confidently that U.S. Attorney John Durham is not conducting a “review”, but is conducting a full criminal investigation with a grand jury empaneled and currently receiving testimony from witnesses.
Obviously Joe diGenova is making a very specific statement with measurable and specific action to come on very specific day. Good news !!
On May 23rd, 2019, President Trump gave AG Bill Barr unilateral authority to declassify documents. A month later, against the backdrop of more evidence surfacing showing corruption within the DOJ and FBI (June 14th, 2019), and with a negative balance in the trust account, twenty three House republicans asked President Trump not to wait.
Here’s the list of material possible for declassification, and the intelligence offices who hold custodial authority over the compartmented documents. This was the original list as outlined in 2018:
https://theconservativetreehouse.com/2019/07/29/joe-digenova-declassified-documents-will-be-released-this-week-by-wednesday-july-31st/
ok … this knocks it out of the park!!!
If all they were looking at was an archeological dig of some old old tech and some German carry overs from WW2, that might account for the fact every single person who went down there, came back alive.
Otherwise I'm purdy sure they would have made mince meat out of them like they did the guys in operation Highjump.
But thats just me...

Jeffrey Epstein is in danger of being murdered before his trial says victims' lawyer, who questions if alleged suicide attempt was actually a hit put out on pedophile by a powerful friend
A lawyer who represented thee victims of Jeffrey Epstein over a decade ago says that he does not think the pedophile attempted suicide
'I do question whether it was a true suicide attempt. I mean how do you choke yourself? It doesn't make any sense,' said Spencer Kuvin
The Federal Bureau of Prisons refuses to comment on the incident, so it is unclear how he learned that Epstein tried to choke himself
Kuvin also did not reveal how he believed a person was able to break into Epstein cell in the high-security SHU wing after lock down and carry out this attack
He then added: 'If he’s going to implicate anyone in power that has the ability to reach in and somehow get to him - his life is definitely in jeopardy,' said Kuvin
Prosecutors have been clear from the start about the fact that they are not looking to charge any other individuals in this case

Crime-Plagued Baltimore Received $1.8 Billion of Obama’s 2009 Stimulus
Baltimore received $1.8 billion from former President Barack Obama’s American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA), but the city has largely failed to see significant improvements from the massive investment.
The Obama administration allocated $1.8 billion of its 2009 stimulus to Baltimore, including $26.5 million to address crime prevention, $26 million to revamp abandoned properties, and $9.5 million to address homelessness.
According to The Washington Free Beacon, which conducted an analysis of the investment in 2015 after Obama decried Republicans for stiff-arming attempts to make “massive investments in urban communities,” the city received $1.8 billion, with $8.4 million going to a single zip code.
Free Beacon reported:
According to Recovery.gov, one of Baltimore’s central ZIP codes, 21201, received the most stimulus funding in the city, a total of $837,955,866. The amount included funding for 276 awards, and the website reports that the spending had created 290 jobs in the fourth quarter in 2013.
Of this amount, $467.1 million went to education; $206.1 million to the environment; $24 million to “family”; $16.1 million to infrastructure; $15.2 million to transportation; $11.9 million to housing; and $3.1 million to job training.
ZIP code 21202 received $425,170,937, including a $136 million grant to “improve teaching and learning for students most at risk of failing to meet State academic achievement standards.”
Twenty-nine other ZIP codes listed in Baltimore city received a total of $568,641,684.
A significant amount went toward crime prevention efforts, an estimated $26.5 million going to a project aimed to “make resources available to law enforcement and other public safety agencies to help protect Maryland citizens.”
However, the city has been plagued with violence in recent years following the hefty investment. Baltimore had the worst murder rate per capita in 2017, years after the Obama administration’s massive stimulus.

My mother taught me early. I may not always be right … but I'm never wrong. She was a liberal.
My father taught me early. No one gives a shit about you but you. I'm not sure what he was.
With these two base philosophy's to build my foundations upon, I quickly learned, that you can control everything in your life if one is honest with themselves, seeks truth and knows how to love others well. Never worry how well they love you.
When one, or something, is expected of another that is not expected of themselves … it's called controlling the narrative, and playing the other guy. Street smarts says, screw you … being played says oh ok. So your racist thingy is called being played by someone or thing that thinks they control the narrative. I think you took back control just by questioning it.
Sorry if this is scattered but I'm multi tasking here and going back and forth from this post to other things.
Great selection.

Capital One says data breach affected 100 million credit card applications
By Devlin Barrett
July 29 at 7:36 PM
Capital One, the Virginia-based bank with a popular credit card business, announced Monday that a hacker had accessed about 100 million credit card applications, and investigators say thousands of Social Security and bank account numbers were also taken.
The FBI has arrested a Seattle area woman, Paige A. Thompson, on a charge of computer fraud and abuse, according to court records.
The hack appears to be one of the largest data breaches ever to hit a financial services firm. In 2017, the credit-reporting company Equifax disclosed that hackers had stolen the personal information of 147 million people. Last week, it reached a $700 million settlement with U.S. regulators over that breach.
“While I am grateful that the perpetrator has been caught, I am deeply sorry for what has happened,” said Richard D. Fairbank, Capital One’s chairman and chief executive. “I sincerely apologize for the understandable worry this incident must be causing those affected and I am committed to making it right.”
The hack is expected to cost the company between $100 million and $150 million in the near term, Capital One said.
In announcing the data breach, Capital One emphasized that no credit card numbers or log-in credentials were compromised, nor was the vast majority of Social Security numbers on the affected applications.
It is unusual in a major hacking case for a suspect to be apprehended so quickly, and in this case, that was apparently due to boasts made online.
Thompson, who authorities say used the name “erratic” in online conversations, is suspected of “exfiltrating and stealing information, including credit card applications and other documents, from Capital One,” according to a criminal complaint filed in federal court. She was ordered to remain in jail pending a detention hearing scheduled for Thursday, according to court records.
A lawyer for Thompson did not immediately respond to a message seeking comment.
Thompson “made statements on social media for evidencing the fact that she has information of Capital One, and that she recognizes that she has acted illegally,” according to the criminal complaint signed by FBI special agent Joel Martini.
In one online posting, “erratic” wrote: “I’ve basically strapped myself with a bomb vest, [expletive] dropping capitol ones dox and admitting it,” according to the complaint.
“Although some of the information in those applications (such as Social Security numbers) has been tokenized or encrypted, other information including applicants’ names, addresses, dates of birth and information regarding their credit history has not been tokenized,” the FBI complaint said, and the bank told the bureau that the data includes “likely tens of millions of applications and approximately 77,000 bank account numbers.”

Could Nuclear Fusion Be A Reality By 2025?
7/29/2019
In order to keep globally rising temperatures from increasing more than 1.5 degrees Celsius this century, the international community will have to cut carbon emissions by 45 percent by 2030 and down to zero by the middle of the century. Meanwhile emissions continue to increase every year, and the increase is accelerating, rising by 1.6 percent in 2017 and about 2.7 percent in 2018 to reach an all-time high. Making matters even more dire, global energy demand is projected to grow by approximately 27 percent by 2040, or 3,743 million tons oil equivalent (mtoe). What if there was one energy solution that could solve all of these pressing problems?
While it sounds fantastical, there is a comprehensive solution. And it’s right around the corner.

Cui Bono? RussiaGate As Organized Distraction
Authored by Oliver Boyd-Barrett via ConsortiumNews.com,
For over two years RussiaGate has accounted for a substantial proportion of all mainstream U.S. media political journalism and, because U.S. media have significant agenda-setting propulsion, of global media coverage as well. The timing has been catastrophic. The Trump administration has shredded environmental protections, jettisoned nuclear agreements, exacerbated tensions with U.S. rivals and pandered to the rich.
In place of sustained media attention to the end of the human species from global warming, its even more imminent demise in nuclear warfare, or the further evisceration of democratic discourse in a society riven by historically unprecedented wealth inequalities and unbridled capitalistic greed, corporate media suffocate their publics with a puerile narrative of alleged collusion between the 2016 Trump campaign and Russia.

Footage shows family members of prisoners gathered near the detention centre. Weapons allegedly used in the attack can also be seen, piled on a truck.
Comando Classe A criminal group reportedly set on fire a cell with Comando Vermelho inmates thus preventing police forces from entering the building for several hours.
According to official statement, 16 victims were found decapitated.
At least 46 inmates are expected to be put in other prisons, with 10 more to go into other detention centres with stricter conditions

Jeffrey Epstein hit with lawsuit a day before he was found injured on cell floor
Jeffrey Epstein got slapped with legal papers in a Lower Manhattan lock-up one day before he was found sprawled in his cell with injuries to his neck, a court filing revealed Monday.
A city official personally handed Epstein a draft lawsuit and related documents filed against him by childhood rape accuser Jennifer Araoz, according to a certificate of service filed in Manhattan Supreme Court.
Deputy Sheriff Qin Zhang described the convicted pedophile and multimillionaire financier as a 5-foot-10, 240-pound, light-skinned man with white hair, who appeared his 66 years of age, the filing said.
Zhang delivered the papers to Epstein around 10:15 a.m. on July 22 at 150 Park Row, which is the address for the federal Metropolitan Correctional Center.
The following day, Epstein – who’s being held without bail on conspiracy and child sex trafficking charges – was found nearly unconscious on the floor of his cell, law enforcement sources have said.
Based on the appearance of the marks on his neck, investigators suspect he was choked by someone else, and they questioned his cellmate, a hulking ex-cop awaiting a death penalty trial in four drug-related killings upstate, the sources said.
The inmate, Nicholas Tartaglione, 51, denies any wrongdoing, his lawyer has said.
Araoz, 32, claims Epstein sexually abused and raped her in his Upper East Side townhouse in 2002 and 2003, beginning when she was just 14 years old.
Araoz is seeking to depose Epstein to learn the identity of the young woman who allegedly recruited her outside the Talent Unlimited High School and took part in his “grooming” of Araoz “to be sexually assaulted by Epstein.”
“Now that he has gotten notice and has been properly served with a petition he or his lawyer will now have to appear on Aug. 27 to explain to the court why she shouldn’t order his deposition and why she shouldn’t order him to produce all the discovery we asked for,” said Araoz’s lawyer, Daniel Kaiser.
Araoz plans to sue both Epstein and the recruiter but has to wait until Aug. 14 under terms of the state Child Victims Act, according to court papers.
The law, which Gov. Andrew Cuomo signed in February, lifted a statute of limitations that barred victims of childhood sexual abuse from suing their attackers more than three years after turning 18.
The new law will give victims up to age 55 one year to file suit, regardless of when the alleged attacks occurred.
Court records don’t show whether Epstein has hired a lawyer to represent him against Araoz’s claims, and his criminal defense lawyers didn’t return a request for comment.

Teen victim of East Village acid attack demands justice
A teen badly injured when she was doused with acid at an East Village party in May is calling on cops to catch the person who left her with debilitating third-degree burns.
Ava Aldrich, 18, spent two nights in the ICU at Weill Cornell Medical Center and underwent skin-graft surgery in June after she was among a dozen teens burned when drain-clearing sulfuric acid was thrown at them during a party at a NYCHA development.
“It was extremely painful,” the young Manhattan woman told The Post. “I felt like my legs were burning. I saw holes in my jeans, and it was eating into my skin.”
Aldrich and more than 100 other teens had shown up at the First Houses on East Third Street on May 4 for a party advertised on social media when paint and a caustic substance — later revealed to be an industrial drain cleaner — started raining down on them from above at around 10 p.m.
Witnesses said it came from a fourth-floor apartment which overlooks an outdoor entrance to the basement where the party was held, according to law-enforcement sources.
At least 10 teens between ages 15 and 18 were hospitalized with minor burns — but Aldrich was severely injured.
She suffered third-degree burns to her legs and will have to wear compression bandages 23 hours a day for at least the next nine months.
“I’m obviously frustrated because they can’t arrest who did this,” said Aldrich, a recent Eleanor Roosevelt HS graduate.
She plans to attend the University of California Santa Cruz next year, and will spend her first year of college in the bandages.
Detectives from the Ninth Precinct have talked to several people who were in the apartment at the time, but they denied throwing anything, law-enforcement sources said.
A 911 call came from the same apartment, they said. But without someone identifying the attacker, it will be hard to make an arrest.
“It’s hard to not think about it all the time,” Aldrich said. “I just try to deal with it, but sometimes, I’ll get upset or angry.
“I’m not really the person to be like, ‘Why did this happen to me?’ I was in the wrong place at the wrong time,” she said.
Her mom, Amy Aldrich, praised her daughter’s bravery but said the past three months had been “really terrible” for the family.
“Just about every medical professional, when they see her legs, say, ‘Why hasn’t someone been caught?’ ” the mom said.
Crime Stoppers is offering a $2,500 reward for information on the assault. Anonymous

Sex Assault Investigation into Trump’s Pick for No. 2 Military Post Found No Semen Evidence
President Donald Trump’s nominee for vice chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff was cleared by an investigation this month of allegations of sexual assault against an Army colonel — but her decision to identify herself in a recent New York Times piece has renewed a media spotlight on her claims, just as the general faces a confirmation hearing on Tuesday.
Last week, Army Col. Kathryn Spletstoser, 51, spoke to the New York Times, repeating her most salacious claim against Air Force Gen. John Hyten — that during a work trip to California for a defense conference in December 2017, he entered her hotel room wearing exercise clothes, asked her to sit next to him on a bed, reached for her hand, kissed her, rubbed himself against her, and ejaculated on her yoga pants
However, the official investigation report — a part of which was viewed by Breitbart News — showed that an Army crime lab did not identify Hyten’s semen or DNA on the pants she was wearing at the time. It did, however, identify a “mixture” of her DNA and another individual’s DNA who was not Hyten on the pants’ outer left leg.
The report states the United States Army Criminal Investigation Laboratory (USACIL)’s report to investigators: “disclosed no semen was identified on VICTIM’s sweatpants.”
“However, a DNA mixture was detected from the outside left leg of the sweatpants. SUBJECT’s DNA was excluded as a contributor to the DNA mixture found on VICTIM’s pants,” it added.
“Agent note: the DNA mixture identified on the outside left leg of VICTIM’s sweatpants included VICTIM’s DNA as a contributor to the DNA mixture detected,” it added.
Breitbart News spoke to noted DNA forensics expert Dr. Karl Reich, who said that it would be possible to find semen or DNA on the pants, even if washed several times, if those testing for semen or DNA tested the exact spot where the semen or DNA would have ended up and depending on the sensitivity of the tests. He cautioned, however, against making any assumptions without seeing the underlying material in the report.
Breitbart News has reached out to Spletstoser on Monday afternoon but did not receive a response by late Monday evening.
Spletstoser’s claims — which first emerged in the media this month — have cast a cloud over Hyten’s nomination, which was expected to be non-controversial.
