Tough call. People ideally should rethink wants vs needs and live below their means. We lived on one income while I raised kids. Some nights were beans n rice but I don’t regret it. You can never get those years back. We did without a lot but have reaped the benefits in more ways that I can describe!
I totally agree. Actually I blame it on things like Free to be You and Me. Brainwashed a bunch of little girls to think that motherhood just wasn’t enough.

If one plays their cards right, working (even PT) at home leaves plenty of time to care for kids and do housework. It doesn’t mean getting nails done, gabbing on FB and wasting time tho. Babysitting co-ops worked for us too. It can be done. Personally (my 2c) we didn’t have kids to have someone else raise them.
