From I can tell it looks like Tulsi Gabbard served with the The 29th Infantry Brigade Combat Team. It is the largest unit in the Hawaii Army National Guard. It was deployed to Iraq in 2004. This is I believe when Tulsi served. From the instagram pic I am assuming she was in C company's med unit.
Final note, it seems it will require some shovel heavy work to get moar on her career or could just be the military doesn't plaster all over facebook and twatter what every soldier who served in Iraq was doing at every minute.
