This article, released yesterday, July 30, says that an ISIS affiliated media outlet says that ISIS will start terrorist attacks in three American Cities:

This ISIS attack threat seems to fit Qs warning.

These MEMRI folks seem to me to be much more of a threat to national security than ISIS. I would not trust their briefings if I was in government. Beware of false flags.
