Many in the intermountain west have been planning for that for decades. We know it's inevitable, the Question is how bad (how far east) will it be?
FEMA tells us everything west of Interstate 5 will be toast. All of their muster sites are on the east side of the Sierra's and Cascades. Suppose enough survivors make it to the east side. It's almost all desert, few big cities, either ranching or farming communities.
Me, I'm not so sure we shouldn't close the passes, drop some bridges and bottle them up on the west side. Self cleaning oven. That's where all the liberal bullshit comes from, let them socialize among themselves when it hits the fan.
Sounds harsh, but what the "coasties" have been doing to the other 90% of their states is unforgivable. I'm unforgiving. Let 'em tend to their own.
