A piano will not stay in tune in a humid sea-breeze climate like that there, unless it's kept in a climate conditioned room. Even then if it's seriously going to be used for performance, they would need to import a piano tuner every time before any artist would play it.

I know someone who writes Math textbooks. They get revised often. He's a ghost writer. The books always get some famous person's name as the author. My friend never gets any credit. Maybe it's the same with the other books too: authors who have name-recognition in the textbook publishing industry. They tell him what kind of stuff they want in the book too. Common core crap. I don't think ghostwriting textbooks pays very well either.
