Depends on the drainage, as far as flooding. Looks like a high enough elevation that you could drain it well.
But they have a lot of other structures that look suspiciously like maintenance sheds, and it seems likely to me that's where they'd park 'em. Iirc there are pics with a lot of their vehicles at/in sheds.
