There is an old tech that was buried and just went away called TCDS... Trans Direct Cranial Stimulation. I dont know much about it but it is a way to do brain control and enhancement. Pretty scary stuff TBH

Here is a video of a woman talking about the results... Now this is what is available publically. TCDS was being worked on in the 70s in the clear then just disappeared... My guess is there are tiny implants that can be placed in the brain that will let a person control their own mind and mood with a fucking cell phone app.
